Ok, here is our meal plan Sun - roasted chicken sausage & sweet potatoes. www.slenderkitchen.com/recipe/one-pan-sweet-potato-chicken-sausage-and-green-beans Mon - fiesta fish taco rice bowl Tues - one pan cheesy chicken & broccoli quinoa skillet Wed - Hawaiian beef and pineapple chili with spinach and avocado- except we are using turkey. Thurs - DH's new work is having his friends and family night, so I will eat there. Fri - leftover chicken & broccoli bake Sat - leftover chili

L is taking a good nap today! I've prepped most of her daycare food for the week (4-oz containers of cherry tomatoes with either avocado or cucumbers for veggies, 2-oz containers or strawberries with either raspberries or clementine wedges for fruit, 3 frozen "Frozen" chicken nuggets for protein, and either cheese or yogurt for dairy. Might through in some extra cooked veggies or a cookie or two each day, depending on my mood).
Also, during this glorious nap, I made the lasagna, sloppy joes and pasta salad (boxed). I want to chop some snacking veggies for me and DH but am afraid to push my luck on her sleeping beyond 90 mins!
This is all I got so far this week in no particular order
Honey Lime chicken thighs (thank you! @adulruna!) with rice and some sort of veggie Tangy Turkey Meatloaf with mash potatoes and green beans Basil pesto pasta with salad Crockpot chicken with pineapple salsa tacos leftovers
