High: Today! It's Friday. I am working from home and in comfy clothes. It's sunny. I'm going to get lunch down the street. Today is going to be good. Low: Sun-Tuesday. I was REALLY struggling with all things life.
High: t minus 5 hours until my DH is home! I'm getting my hair cut tomorrow for the first time this year (sad but true!) and then I'm wandering around the shopping center by myself. I can't wait!
Low: this week was hard. My DH left early for work and worked late every night, my DS is testing boundaries like his life depends on it, the longest nap DD took this week was 40 mins, and my all around outlook on life is bleh...

High: My mom was here for three days from Texas and I got to get my hair colored and cut. Low: LO has been so cranky this week and waking up crying at nighttime. I might take her in on Monday to make sure she doesn't have an ear infection. DD1 is being a 2 and 1/2 year old this week with not listening and tantrums.
High: A has been just adorable this week. She is consistently saying "mama" when she wants me and is really fun and giggly. It's been awesome to just hang with her.
Low: we got a call from the pediatrician that the flu shot A was given last week was not viable (something went wrong in shipping process?) and she had to come in and get another shot. I typically don't flinch at the thought of her getting necessary shots, but since this one was extra it hurt my heart a bit. Plus, the nurse doing it was totally in a rush and didn't even wait for me to hold A's arms so she wouldn't flail. I get you're in a hurry to re-do all these shots you weren't anticipating, but come on.

High - Monday we drove home and the kiddos were great. Great end to our vacation Low - one of my old students (severe Autism) came up to me at Special Olympics wanting to talk about his mother who passed away (a couple of years ago). He is barely verbal but really wanted to talk. I had him from when he was 5-11. It was heartbreaking. There were people nearby listening. It was just bad. Special Olympics is always a rough day for me because it reminds of my sister who passed away when we were children. I just wanted to crawl up, cry and eat chocolate.
(I visited him at school today to check on him and make sure his teacher was aware so they could talk with him and monitor his needs)
Low: Emma's sleep has been worse this week and last night her cold worsened and was running a fever so was up crying for hours. We did a rectal temp and I thought my husband hurt her, she just started screaming! He had it lubed up well and I think she just wasn't feeling well. She settled down after giving her motrin and rocking her so stayed in the chair for almost an hour just rocking before bringing her back to my bed. She slept in until after 8:30. Her diaper was dry after 6.5 hours so I know something is going on with her. Keeping an eye on her as she is very mellow today.
Supply dropped in half now with weaning, triggered my period. Haven't had it since two February's ago. Meh.
