So I've been doing horrible with water drinking. I'm just never thirsty, and I drink way too much coffee. But today I realized that most mornings I'm cutting up a lemon or strawberry or some other fruit to put into J's water (he calls it juice water), and it always tastes delicious. So why don't I just mix up a gallon of it every morning and I can drink it too? And he can help me pick what flavors to combine and it can be part of our morning routine. So I'm going to try it, once I can find a pitcher of some sort in my house.
This helps me a lot during the weekend. Also, if I'm the only one drinking from the pitcher I know how much water I've been consuming.
