My entire family is heading down to watch my nieces play soccer, then go to a local festival tomorrow afternoon. Then we're spending the night and my brother and his wife's house. They live a little over an hour away and I feel like it's been forever since we've seen them. Should be a fun weekend.
In Friday news, I have ZERO meetings on my calendar today. I'm guessing because of the storm that is supposed to hit the east coast? Either way its really weird, I think I'll keep LO home with me today, no sense in sending him to my BIL's if I have little work-wise to do today.
Popping in to say we survived LO's first trip. A stroller through the airport was a necessity. A carseat on the plane for a LO who hates being restrained became a place to dump stuff. She was fine on the way there, but cried for over 2 hours on the way back as she needed a nap, but too stimulated to sleep. It was horrible.
No words are said here, just babbling sounds. Lots of bababa (the dog's name starts with a "B") and dadada and yelling.
She's gotten into the habit of yelling and crying when we walk out of her sight at home. <sigh>
Crawling around and pulling up on everything. We realized how little space we have for her to crawl around at home after visiting family.

I've been super busy but lurking of course to keep up with you all... gldnbearz sorry about the flight, I know how you feel. I've taken ds on 3 air trips and even though it was short it still wasn't fun.
ninergirl52 sounds like fun!! Stay safe with the storm. My family is near it too.
Ds is at the super attachment stage too. He cries ALL the time if one of us walks away. *sighs*
Good news for me though, I finally enrolled into school! Been talking about it forever lol especially here and there in N14. She called a few days ago and said I will attend for free!!!
In other news, preK has been a crazy adjustment for stepkid. That's why I've been MIA. And today I'm taking both kids to doctor to make sure they don't have something worse than a cold.

ninergirl52-yay for no meetings, you can take it easy today :-) gldnbearz- we have also entered the temper tantrums stage. He has started flinging himself back when mad. Usually when we are out of sight. Sorry to hear that the ride was so rough. It was a new experience, I bet it will be better the next time around. zengal- yay for roadtrip! Have lots of fun!! lovebuggies12- that is amazing! I want to return to school someday but it may be a long time for me. What will you be studying?

Isaac loved his dentist appointment. The dental assistant at first said we shouldn't floss the. The dentist said we should. It was confusing. I am feeling guilty that I haven't been bonding with Evelyn (baby #2). Before, I read every night to Isaac and kept a journal. This time around, I swear I sometimes forget I am pg. Which I feel really bad about. I haven't bought much for her yet either. Maybe if I do some shopping.
Just now catching up, lo has not been wanting to nap today. That top tooth is just now poking thru and made for a bad night too. I decided to give her some Tylenol earlier so hopefully this nap will be a good one.. momma needs it!
Ninergirl sounds like a fun weekend! Gldnbearz glad you all survived the trip, how awful about the way home! Add us to the cries like crazy when I leave the room club...no fun! Zengal have fun at the game, let us know how it goes Lovebuggies good for you for enrolling in school! Hope the kiddos aren't too sick Songbirdsinging don't feel bad, I think that's totally normal!!
