Put 4-5 chicken breasts in the crockpot, dump in a jar of salsa and a packet of taco seasoning. Mix it together and then cook low for 6-8 hours or high for 2-4. When it's done, simply mix it together again and the chicken will fall apart. It's great for making tacos, sandwiches, or taco salad or whatever else you come up with
I love this one! It's so easy and can be used easily as leftovers.
I also do the pork with a can of rootbeer to make up pulled pork. That one is also easy. Other than that I've just made a huge batch of sauce, chili and a chicken pot pie soup.
